1. The controller of personal data, Mlyn Marianna s.r.o., with its registered office at Palárikova 15, 921 01 Piešťany,
registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic, ID: 36337358, VAT ID: SK2021863602, as the operator of this website,
uses cookies on this website for the following purposes:
- measuring website traffic and creating statistics on website traffic and visitor behavior,
- ensuring the proper functioning of the website,
- customizing and targeting advertising, if you have given your consent.
2. The collection of cookies for the purposes mentioned above can be considered as processing of personal data. Such processing is possible based on the legal ground – the legitimate interest of the Controller, and is permitted under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Cookies for advertising customization and targeting are processed based on your consent. The consent is given for the period specified for each marketing cookie. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by changing the settings of the relevant internet browser.

The website can also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of data about visitor behavior – this mode can be set in the browser settings or you can object to such collection based on the legitimate interest of the Controller under Article 21 of GDPR by sending a request to faktury@carun.cz. Your objection will be evaluated without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of receipt. Cookies necessary for the website’s functionality will only be stored for the time strictly necessary.
4. If you object to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, full functionality and compatibility of the website cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cookies collected for the purpose of measuring website traffic and creating statistics on visitor behavior are assessed in aggregate and therefore in anonymous form, which does not allow identification of an individual.
6. Cookies are stored for the period specified for each type of cookie.
7. Collected cookies are processed by other processors:

- Facebook Business Manager, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA.
8. Cookies are processed by the processors in the following way:
- Google Analytics evaluates website traffic,
- Google AdWords, Sklik, and Facebook Business Manager are used to target advertising to specific users and for remarketing.
9. Please note that under GDPR you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- request information about what personal data is being processed,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request deletion of personal data – which will be carried out unless contrary to valid legal regulations and the legitimate interests of the Controller,
- exercise your right to data portability,
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, or seek judicial protection.
10. The Controller collects the following data stored in the visitor’s/client’s cookie:
- date and time of cookie creation,
- ID of the last visited product category,
- IDs of recently viewed products as a comma-separated list,
- whether the "Terms and Conditions" box is checked (1 if checked, 0 if not),
- visitor guest ID if not logged in,
- connection ID of the current visit,
- customer ID upon login,
- surname of logged-in customer,
- first name of logged-in customer,
- whether the customer is logged in,
- password with which the customer logged in,
- email address with which the customer logged in,
- current cart ID,
- Blowfish checksum used to determine whether the cookie was modified by a third party.
The customer will be logged out and the cookie deleted if the checksum does not match.
