Use Hemp Bath to soothe the skin and relax in times of physical stress and after sports, and to relieve mental exhaustion and fatigue. It is wonderful for overall relaxation of the body and regular skin care. For the bath to have the maximum effect, we recommend that you follow the dosage and soak in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes. After the bath, take your time and wrap yourself in a blanket in a comfortable place and enjoy 10 to 15 minutes of relaxation.

To use: 125 ml of bath (normal home bath: 80-100 l volume) add to a warm bath (temperature 37° to 40°C) when filling. Shake before use to mix all ingredients.
